Real estate portfolio doubled to over 270 units in 1.5 years

Helge Koenig has doubled his real estate portfolio to over 270 units in 1.5 years. In his second interview on the Investor Stories Podcast in episode #144, we talk about how he managed to scale so large, why he founded several GmbHs to do so, how he finds and finances his properties, and his experiences in tenant selection.

New Deal in Oberhausen

We are pleased to announce the acquisition of four apartment buildings with 33 rented residential units in the Marienkirche district of Oberhausen.
The three core-renovated old buildings and the new building from 1995 are located not far from CentrO Oberhausen, Europe's largest shopping and leisure center. The S-Bahn station is less than a hundred meters away, and a bus stop is just across the street.
This latest acquisition adds more than 1,800 sqm of residential space to our portfolio for long-term portfolio development in the Rhine/Ruhr region.
