Extension of our portfolio in Bottrop – 22 residential units in the city center

We are happy pleased about the acquisition of four apartment buildings in a good downtown location in Bottrop. The two older buildings have already been energetically modernized, the two new buildings from 2010 fit seamlessly into the appearance. Heating is environmentally friendly with modern air-water heat pumps, which use the outside air as an energy source. The tenants of the well-kept apartments have balconies and underfloor heating at their disposal. 13 garages and 10 parking spaces round off this 3rd deal in 2022 for us.

Deal time! New acquisition in Grafenwald

With today's deal, we are expanding our portfolio with a detached apartment building in Grafenwald, a part of the Bottrop district of Kirchhellen. The former restaurant with bowling alleys was converted into a medical practice in the 1990s, which is now being run successfully by the second generation, as well as three apartments with their own entrances. The popular excursion destination and nature reserve "Grafenmühle" is only 5 minutes away by bike.

All eight apartments and the commercial unit are in very good condition, many of which have been recently modernized.

With this acquisition in November 2022, we are expanding our portfolio even in times of rising interest rates - further acquisitions are already in the pipeline!

New Deal in Oberhausen

We are pleased to announce the acquisition of a detached apartment building in a prime location of Oberhausen. The six apartments are in a very well maintained condition. The tenants enjoy upscale amenities such as parquet flooring or whirlpool, balconies or the garden with large terrace. Garages, parking spaces and a very good transport connection are the perfect complement to the otherwise very quiet residential area.

With this latest acquisition in 2022, we are expanding our portfolio in the Rhine/Ruhr region - further purchases are already in the pipeline!
